The ITMU-ABIC has created a conducive ecosystem that nurtures startups, enterprises, farmer-producer organizations, and other stakeholders across the agricultural value chain. It also promotes sustainable business growth by providing access to advanced facilities for product development, prototype development, market testing, technology validation, and research support. Equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure for value-added processing of arid and allied agricultural products, ITMU-ABIC further encourages entrepreneurship in the production and commercialization of quality seed and planting materials.
Supported by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and the expertise of more than 100 multidisciplinary scientists, ITMU and ABIC provide comprehensive support to innovators, start-ups, entrepreneurs, industries, and farmer-producer organizations through intellectual property protection, technology licensing, business mentoring, incubation facilities, industry partnerships, and market linkages.
